We are looking to expand our user base in United States by locating a Master Distributor to take charge of the distribution of our product throughout the country.

What is our product?

English Performance Indicator (EPI) is a premium suite of online tests to measure different competencies in the English language, including a live telephone interview. It includes a control module specially designed for Human Resources departments in companies and schools, and exclusive features which enable the comparison of results with those of test takers all over the world. The product is marketed using the prepaid credit system. For example, a customer acquires a package of test credits from the distributor, and holds them in its account. Then, every time an employee takes a test, the customer's balance is reduced by 1.

EPI's powerful but easy-to-use tools allow Master Distributors to hold their own balance of credits, set up other regional distributors as well as end-user customers, and transfer credit to their customers' accounts once they receive payment.

The Master Distributor

• Will probably be currently involved in providing products or services to companies and/or schools
• Will be self-motivated and prepared to invest time to develop the market and build a distribution network across the country
• Will be required to sign a Master Distribution Agreement granting exclusive distribution rights in  United States
